Role

As a Revenue Operations Analyst you’ll play an important role in making the Customer Success and Service teams more efficient and productive. You’ll be part of the Business Intelligence & Strategy team supporting the Customer Success & Services teams by analyzing data, improving their processes and finetuning their overall approach on accounts.

You have the best of both worlds, you have an analytic mindset and love to play with numbers and spreadsheets, but you also like to be in touch with the business side and help influence the strategy.  

Responsibilities

  • Initiatie ad hoc analyses based on business understanding
  • Help with End-of-Quarter and End-of-Year analysis (board, QBR, etc)
  • Formulate business recommendations based on analyses
  • Evaluate KPIs and work with reporting team to ensure reports & dashboards reflect the right data points
  • Help with Salesforce and data/process integrity related tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle complex data analyses
  • 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Business Operations or Consultancy role)
  • Master degree in economics, business, finance or related fields
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex functions) is essential
  • A hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Proven to be organised with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Fluent in English

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Gainsight and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with Big data
  • Demonstrated experience with analyses of ERP, CRM or other IS platforms
